Hawkins Ash CPAs, a full-service regional certified public accounting and business advisory firm, announces that it has acquired the Green Bay, Wis., firm Hermans & Associates. Kathleen M. Hermans and the seven staff members of Hermans & Associates will be joining the Green Bay office of Hawkins Ash CPAs. The acquisition is effective on January 1, 2020.

Kathleen M. Hermans, the former partner of Hermans & Associates, joins Hawkins Ash CPAs as a senior manager.
