Christopher Lerario, MBA, CVA, joined Hawkins Ash CPAs as a Manager specializing in business valuation and transaction advisory services.

Christopher Lerario is a Certified Valuations Analyst who provides innovative and insightful solutions that solve the transaction problems privately held business owners experience when making decisions for the future. He is a highly educated and experienced professional and performs scenario analysis and transaction modeling. To clients, he presents this complex data in an accessible way to help them understand the circumstances affecting their business value. He also uses this data to play an active role in assisting clients in developing their growth strategies.
“I strive to work alongside clients beyond just providing a valuation report,” remarked Christopher. “The data is complex, and I walk clients through the risks and benefits of certain actions so to help them make good business decisions.”
Chris has more than eight years of experience advising on and structuring large transactions for all types of privately held businesses. He helps clients structure transactions for tax efficiency during business transitions, succession, shareholder changes, and gifting.
He earned his Master of Business Administration in Finance from University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and is a member of National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts.
