About Kelly
Kelly is a Human Resources Generalist at Hawkins Ash CPAs in La Crosse, joining in November 2021. She administers health and welfare plans, manages payroll and insurance documentation, and coordinates executive-level and firm-wide events. Kelly oversees new hire onboarding, orientation, and offboarding processes with precision.
Her prior experience includes service in the United States Navy from 2013 to 2017, where she developed strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Kelly also handles FMLA and other leaves of absence, addresses employment inquiries, and supports insurance renewals and open enrollment at Hawkins Ash CPAs.
