Paula Haferman, CPA, was named Partner-in-Charge (PIC) of the Hawkins Ash CPAs Neenah office. In this role, she will oversee the development of the Firm’s market presence and client services and the Firm’s Neenah professionals.
“As long-standing partners retired, I accepted the PIC position at a pivotal moment for the Neenah office. I look forward to continuing the high standards of customer service and attention to detail that the previous partners have instilled in my coworkers and me,” said Haferman.
Working with Hawkins Ash leadership to add an accounting services practice and an audit practice will be a challenging and fun endeavor. Additionally, I look forward to continually developing our staff to help them make the most out of their accounting careers.”
Haferman joined Hawkins Ash CPAs in 2021 and is a Partner in the Firm’s Neenah, WI, office. She provides a variety of business and individual tax services, including tax preparation and review. Throughout her 30 years of experience in public and private accounting, she has worked with clients across all industries. With Hawkins Ash CPAs’ end-to-end client support model, she utilizes her diverse expertise to assist clients with every aspect of accounting and tax-related matters.
She succeeds Keith Depies in this role who served as PIC in the Neenah office since 2021.
Depies stated that this transition of leadership will benefit both employees and clients going forward and is excited for the next phase of growth for the Neenah office.

The Neenah office of Hawkins Ash CPAs was added to the Firm upon the 2021 merger with Roberts, Ritschke & Tyczkowski, Ltd. (RR&T) which served clients in the Fox Valley for 44 years. This year, the office relocated to 55 Jewelers Park Drive along Highway 41 in Neenah as leaders prepare to expand service offerings and add additional professionals to the team.
